Vegas

Team multiplier game

Vegas is a high-action team game where each two-player team combines their individual scores into a two-digit number on every hole, with the lowest score placed first. For example, if one teammate scores 4 and the other scores 5, the team number is 45. The difference between the two teams' numbers becomes the points for that hole. A birdie by one team can flip the opposing team's number — turning a 45 into a 54 — creating massive point swings and dramatic momentum shifts throughout the round.

Pro Tip

Vegas is fast-paced and can lead to huge swings. Watch out for blow-up holes!

Rules & Scoring

Forming the Number

After each hole, both teammates' scores are combined into a two-digit number. The lower score always goes first: scores of 4 and 6 become 46, not 64. This rewards having at least one low score.

Birdie Flip Rule

When a team makes a birdie, the opposing team's number is flipped — their lower score goes second instead of first. A 45 becomes 54, a 35 becomes 53. This can cause huge point swings. If both teams birdie, neither score is flipped.

Eagle Bonus

An eagle not only flips the opposing team's number but also doubles it. If the opponent's number is 45, it flips to 54, then doubles to 108.

Point Calculation

The difference between the two team numbers is the point total for that hole. If Team A has 34 and Team B has 56, Team A wins 22 points (56 – 34). With the max score per player capped at 9, a bad hole can mean an 89 vs a 33 — a 56-point swing!
